Nope that’s the individual states, and then Congress - both of which he famously tried to cheat, his co-conspirators were charged, tried, convicted, and jailed, and he never should have been allowed on ballots for 2024. The US is a circus of a democracy, and far from being the ringleader, Trump is just the headline clown.

His removal from office. If he were to try to legally impose the notion that he actually won 2020, then that would mean he was the legitimate president during that term. That would make his current occupation of the office an illegal third term.
