So I used to have this on VHS, and it’s honestly one of my favorite childhood movies. Some scenes maybe haven’t aged super well, but the soundtrack is still imo an all-time banger.

The music in this thing is still amazing! The whole movie holds up despite the cartoon villainy.
I don’t know why but the Chipettes always skeeved me out. It’s like they tried to create a chipmunk version of toddlers and tiaras.
Those 80’s / 90’s remakes didn’t do much for me. Kinda lost too much of the original goodness IMO.
Last I checked, original Chipmunks songs and animations are still on YT.
