Spoiler: Vitamin D.
Not a spoiler - just a #savedyouaclick .
It’s very common to say “spoiler” as a joke to perform a saved-you-a-click. It implies that, in some universe, it’s actually fun to read clickbait articles and discover the answer, and that spoiling that process is, in fact, a spoiler.
As it turns out, that universe is not our universe.

I have moved to a cold climate and getting sunlight during winter is difficult.
You’re telling me you don’t work on your taint tan at all for at least 3 months of the year? How do you expect to attract a mate with no melanin in your poop prairie?
It’s kind of amazing that we live in a time where there are folks bleaching their assholes and (probably not the same) folks sunning their taints.
You don’t mix your whites and your colors.
I moved to the Pacific Northwest about 20 years ago, I’ve been taking it since then and it’s been good for me. Mainly that I hardly ever get sick and when I do, it’s much milder than it used to be. Mental health is also vastly improved. I highly recommend everyone make sure they have enough and take a supplement if not, most people will need it regardless of where they live.
Wow, the only thing I take is what I need to be taking.
Looks like D is on the menu, boys!
But D isn’t a vitamin. It’s a hormone.
/Nitpick
“Vitamin” is an arbitrary term.
*a whore moan?
Edit: Guys, please. It’s vitamin D. Vitamin D! Please! My joke is funny, I swear! :'(
Vitamin d is encouraged as you get older anyway, at least for those of us more northerly and with desk jobs. Now I just need to remember to take it, but without the urgency of a prescription I never seem to remember 🤪
Edit: took one. No Alzheimer’s for me today, thank you
