Not at all, one is Jesus the other is just bread. I think if you have high enough levels in Catholicism you can tell the difference.
Also if you stick a knife in it and it bleeds it might me Jesus infested, but Catholics don’t like that. They used to kill people for doing that, so consider your surroundings when attempting this.
