Aye, he dropped in my estimations but not for the reasons the article is trying to convey. He shouldn’t have apologised and instead stuck to his guns.

The fuzz aren’t above the law and police brutality shouldn’t be normalised. It was excessive force for a person already restrained.

We’ve seen from America what happens if you let the police say they were scared, or it was stressful, or any number of excuses before brutalising someone. They learn the script and use it freely at will after that.

I’ve seen the videos, you would have to be blind or a moron to come to the conclusion that someone trying to slash at the arresting officers is in any way “already restrained”.

      So which are you?

I’ve also seen the videos and you would be the moron to come to the conclusion that multiple supposedly highly trained officers booting a pinned and tasered assailant in the head repeatedly is professional or appropriate conduct.

It’s a knife, a weapon which humans have known how to deal with since time immemorial, not an AR-15. Strathclyde Police (when they were a thing) used to go around the country training other police forces in how to deal with knife crime without resorting to brutality. But apparently that’s too difficult for the people that wear stab proof vests, have batons, tasers, pepper spray, and multiple other officers backing them up… You really need to stop living up to your name.

Always be accusing is the tactic of the idiot far right after all.

Maybe you enjoy watching videos of men in big boots kicking people’s heads in a bit too much…

Hmm interesting you haven’t denied it.

I’ve given full frank and unbiased responses to your other threads pointing out what any reasonable person would understand the circumstances and engaged in good faith but that was before I saw your post history.

Based on that I firmly believe you are driven by your hatred for the victims (who as I write this are still recovering in hospital) not the wellbeing of the attacker (who was discharged from hospital shortly after the event).

I hope you grow up soon.

Yes objective truth (saying what is in the video) backed up with evidence (the video) can be biased depending on your perspective.

I prefer a rather simplistic view that killing people is bad and stopping someone from killing people is good.

Like anyone they are entitled to use proportionate force to secure their safety and that of the public.

Do you know what a 3 inch blade can do when it severs your femoral artery?

The only conviction of a uk police office for killing someone in the line of duty was because he kicked the guy in the head.

Yet morons like you can’t seem to grasp a simple fucking point and do nothing but flounder with trying to equate people advising that police don’t use unnecessary force, especially with impunity, to being happy, or even advocating, Jewish getting stabbed.

I wobbled my head and came to the conclusion that context is very important.

Dalian Atkinson was unarmed and had not been reported as attacking anyone when he was unlawfully killed (not murdered, the killer was found not guilty of murder in an earlier trial). He was also reported to be in mental distress in a situation that could have been de-escalated rather than using force.

That is very different to witnessing someone stab another person and then having to wrestle the knife from them to stop them killing someone.

Do you see the difference? because I do.

More voters consider Corbyn reasonable in 2p1u and 2019. Then voted for labour or any other party in the last general.

Maybe don’t take media bullshit. To weigh up what the UK considered reasonable. It is just out right lies. To support their bias.

Yet your own word. Corbyn did not seem reasonable.

How did you come to that conclusion. Because unreasonable dose not mean. You don’t like it.

It means the majority opinion. Reason beyond the bounds of acceptability.

Not beyond your own personal opinion.

No researched or internally formed opinion could have lead you to conclude a majority refused to accept his arguments had any validity.

Only the right wing media made those claims.

Or do you some how confused your own opinions. With reason.

You realise that is an entirely false claim right?

He never anywhere said or offered brest enlargement.

A sun interviewer suggested it as a joke while interviewing him. Several years later. Multiple right wing papers intentionally distorted it.

Why do you think no news station ever asks him about it live. If he said it. News stations would be jumping on him to explain it.

They don’t. Because the one time he was asked about it in a live interview. He debunked it. So it dose not fit their bias to raise it.

You mean the video where he openly says.

I did not ever believe that. It was a sun journalist idea. I should not have gone along with it. And have apologised.

IE a sun journalist convinces a non politician fresh out of uni. To talk shit for media fun. And shock value.

Or are you again making interpretations on the whole interview. Based on a few mins of comments. From an openly biased media source.
