I feel like some conspiracy theorist when I talk about this.

We’re 100% being fed poison, CEOs don’t even eat the shit they peddle. Everything is to make money, make you sick to sell you something to make you better. Eating the EXACT same shit in a country like Italy is worlds different, you don’t get bloated, you don’t get the same options even. I never even saw Pepsi products, probably banned. Pasta, pizza, gelato, daily, no bloat, no laziness, no negatives.

Crazy what America allows its people to consume knowing it’s killing and making us dumber. All in the name of money. I hate this place.

They have pepsi in Italy. There are some differences in what is allowed in American food vs European food but none of them would explain bloating or laziness. You may have some digestive issues because I don’t get those symptoms when eating American pasta or pizza unless I eat way too much.

A lot of Americans cite foreign food as being “better” and note how much better they feel while traveling. The average American also probably walks 10-20x more while on a European vacation than they do at home. I don’t think it’s the food

From living abroad it’s both. The food is better outside the US in terms of quality, and you tend to walk more outside the US as it’s a car hellscape here.

Yeah I believe that. The way we are subtly encouraged to live as Americans is deeply unhealthy. I just assume that a little more exercise and steps probably has a more immediate effect than the food, but I’m sure it’s complicated

“What is this witchcraft?!? I don’t feel like shit, I’m sleeping better, and I have a bunch more energy? Must be the food.” - American on vacation suddenly walking miles a day vs walking maybe 100 - 200 yards a day normally.

Happened to the wife and I’ve seen it a lot in videos. I think it’s how the pasta and dough is made, something with the gluten and quality.

I don’t doubt there is Pepsi, I only saw coke, coke zero sugar, Fanta and a few others though.

I don’t really trust ai responses, but I’m not crazy, there is a big difference in European food quality vs the shit they put in food in usa.

There are thousands of videos on YouTube, probably more, getting into details, I can’t find the specific one I saw a few weeks ago. It felt crazy, but it’s a drastic difference.

This is only one guys story, but I believe him being able to eat stuff he normally couldn’t and not get IBS - https://youtu.be/xvIltQicFTU

The sugar in almost everything here would definitely account for the laziness and attention issues. Makes folks easier to control

Give them bread and circuses and they will never revolt
