“What is this witchcraft?!? I don’t feel like shit, I’m sleeping better, and I have a bunch more energy? Must be the food.” - American on vacation suddenly walking miles a day vs walking maybe 100 - 200 yards a day normally.

I’m happy to see the first state do this, hopefully we can get the ball rolling on more.

I don’t want the worst possible candidate to have an easier time winning.

No.
But he was better.

I was gonna hammer something similar out as a comment when I saw their comment in my notifications this morning but then saw yours. Thank you for jumping in with your reply.
Too many people let perfect be the enemy of better. Democrats aren’t perfect, but they are objectively better than the republicans.
And if we want better candidates (which we do) we need to participate in local elections and push for better candidates. My local congressional rep has been turning out to be a shit ton like Kyrsten Sinema and right now there’s a decent amount of people locally getting support for someone further left to replace them. When my local rep was elected they were the best candidate, now we’re trying to get a better person in.
Local political participation is important.

23·21 hours agoI love it when someone says that democrats aren’t as bad as republicans someone will inevitably jump in with the stupidest interpretation of it.
Advocate for better candidates in your local elections, get some better people in. And hopefully we can bring those shitty numbers down dramatically.
Don’t let perfect be the enemy of better.

There’s entirely too many people who let perfect be the enemy of better in this thread
Is it possible to learn this power?
It’s everyone every time not just those that seldom do it. It sounds like a champagne cork popping while a goat bleats into a megaphone.
If you’re wondering why you haven’t heard it yet it’s because it’s like your nose in the edge of your vision, once someone points it out your brain doesn’t filter it anymore. At least for a little while.
That’s what they’re doing
Where do you think he was drinking?

12·9 days agoThere’s literally a running joke where I work called the “Union Shit”. You run to the bathroom to take a 15 - 20 minute shit between your breaks.
Whether or not you’re actually shitting or just shitposting is between you and those walls lol

Personally I prefer soy milk in my coffee vs oat milk. It’s got a subtle taste and the creaminess is closer to regular milk while only being slightly more creamy. Also goes well in overnight oats. (I’ve tried oat milk in my overnight oats, it was a bit much IMO lol)
Barley milk is also damn good in coffee but also stupid expensive. I haven’t tried it in overnight oats though as last time I bought it it was like 4x the cost of soy milk. (I’ve only bought it once)
But that’s the cool part, we’ve got so many options that everyone can have their preferred combo.
