      well, in a modern context, we don’t see many politicians willing to actually participate in the actual change itself in a meaningful way, especially once they actually get elected. this outward show of not only getting things done, but actually participate in the doing of it (especially in manual labor tasks like filling potholes) represents a significant shift in the presentation of populist socialist politicians-- or any politician at all.

      the term feels appropriate

    Doing all wrong. You have to start with the penthouses and corporations. If their life is easier, then everyone below them gets it easier, too. If you make it too easy for the workers they’ll just get lazy.

      I’m just a minimum wage worker but i really think we need to pay the ceos to compete. Can’t expect to bring in the talent if you don’t have those high compensation packages.

      Gotta give my coworker back his phone and get to work. If you’ve got time to lean, you’ve got time to clean!
