You would be correct if not for the fact that consuming animal protein is waaaaaaay less farmland-efficient and more environmentally damaging than consuming plant-based protein… unless you’re eating meat from sustainably-grown animals. Including carefully-managed hunting of wild animals. Factory-farmed meat, however, is very much not that. Most of the feed that goes to them is ALSO a mono-crop.

HA
There’s no reason to be afraid of the result; it only changes your future actions, not your future state. The condition is either there already or it’s not, and the knowledge doesn’t change that fact. Take life as it comes and don’t borrow trouble.
I know that’s easier said than done for people who are prone to anxiety, but take it from someone who has busted one hand and one wrist in recent years; you can adjust to whatever comes, so don’t be afraid of it. Plan for what you know now, and save the rest of the planning for when you have more info. Don’t let it shake you and don’t let it eat your happiness.
You got this.

That’s the one!
OP’s kid would ‘fail’ the test after this.

I remember in the distant past a video about a ‘study’ of kids who are given a marshmallow, and they are left alone with it after being told that if they don’t eat it, they can have more later - but if they eat it now, that’s all they get.
And later I heard that they looked into the kids that had ‘poor impulse control’ because they ate the one marshmallow … and these kids apparently had grown up in an environment where promises were often broken.

Eh. It’s still AI in the same way all prior instances of neural networks are AI. The actual level of intelligence is irrelevant to whether or not it qualifies; it is meant to imitate intelligent behavior, thus it is AI.
Otherwise the term wouldn’t make sense to use for entities in games.

What? The thing we were all saying was going to happen is happening???
If the rules aren’t enforced, they aren’t rules.

It’s not unique to AI, no, but no one said it was. My point is that the noise is important to the functioning of the AI - and makes it even less deterministic, which also makes it poorly suited to automation in critical systems.

Except if you make the output token temperature too cold, it has a higher tendency to get stuck in loops and the like. A little bit of actual randomness is important.
I think she’s looking for something more along the lines of a Rod from God rather than a SpaceNoodle.
You’re ignoring the fact that you have to:
Crypto is many things, but it isn’t exactly as friendly as a credit card provided by your bank. Or PayPal, for that matter.
