    I used to drive to the local Home Depot just to get the hotdogs they sold out front, then I learned they were so good because they were boiled and I just started doing it at home.

    Anyway, my point is, boiled hot dogs are the best hot dogs!

      When I was in college my room mate boiled hot dogs in my electric tea kettle and I still haven’t forgiven her. It was in 2004.

            Lol that is nasty! I once got the flu after eating 2-3 hotdogs (I was a teenager) and puked them up. The taste of them coming up stopped me eating them for about 5 years. I imagine hotdog flavored tea wouldn’t taste much better

      I have bad news for you- the concensus in this comment section says boiling is the worst.

      But that’s ok- I’ll continue to boil because I don’t know any better.

      I worked one of those dirty-water hot dog carts back in the day. Those things just sat in that water all day, sometimes 2 or 3. That’s where all the flavor is.
