Super simple recipe:
1.5 lbs stew meat
2.5 cups beef broth
5 oz tomato paste
5 carrots, chopped
1 white onion, chopped
3 stalks of celery, chopped
Sage to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Dash of cinnamon
Throw it all together in the instant pot and pressure cook on high for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or egg noodles with a big hunk of crusty bread.


That looks delicious! I made a stew in mine today, too (I needed to use up some leftovers). I haven’t tried yogurt yet, but I intend to.
I tried yogurt a while ago. Put it in little jars and stacked them in, so it was single-serve. Worked great and really easy!
