Yes Tucker said he regrets supporting Trump, but only because he hasn’t been as brutal, effective or conservative enough.

In one of the clips out there, Tucker himself says that just saying sorry isn’t enough. I don’t recall him saying what else should be done for forgiveness or him saying what he plans to do, though, so in my opinion he admits he doesn’t deserve forgiveness.
