Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was the sole dissenter. She said the court was unwisely interfering in the long tradition of states’ regulating the practice of medicine and similar professions.
As usual Jackson is the one reliable voice who sees the bigger picture here. Shame on those two “liberal” justices who come in with the “uhmm actually according to this principle”. None of that Constitutional logic matters as we have seen over the last 15 months. Lives or children and teens will be destroyed by this decision.
