The artwork “Thoughts and Dreams” by Azerbaijani artists Salhab Mammadov and Ali İbadullayev was gifted to the U.S. President during the 2026 World Cup draw

The original is in Geneva at the UN in 2017. It’s called Thoughts And Desires.
I was hoping to find out why it was so hideous and un-peaceful looking, but no luck.
As I suspected, it was never an original thing, and I’ll bet we never see another person awarded this “prize”.

There’s a fine line between handing out participation awards to special needs to boost their self-esteem and trolling a moron for lulz. This is simultaneously both and neither.
