i have something playing all the time, mostly just random directories of a media drive added to vlc, sometimes a series off a free service on autoplay.

As a person that has not had a TV in 22 Years, I really don’t get this popular take. Listen to a book, turn on the radio, listen to a podcast.
Same idea overall, just different platform. Podcasts in my case
I don’t get this take either, but only because I find unnecessary noise to be overstimulating.
