This is just the weird version of Bad News Bears or The Sandlot.
They look like they are learning how to take a quick shit on the lawn.

Interestingly (though maybe not to lemmings because we’re so smart and all), there have been plenty of quotes from professional actors and directors about being blown away by people in local theaters, or musicians in small bars or venues. A lot of ‘stardom’ is being in the right position and getting pushed by the right people; they have talent, and they get that lucky break.
