In the US it depends on which state ands local municipality. It’s so damn stupid. Damaging to the ecosystem and a real good way to just rust the fuck out of your vehicle at a rapid rate. You also hear about people getting run over while just laying or sitting on the beach which is cool too. I generally avoid beaches where it’s allowed because you have to watch out for motoring morons in their stupid jacked up trucks and SUVs. Not really an enjoyable walk.

I hate it so much when I put in headphones so I can power through something like doing the dishes without distraction only to have someone come in and start talking at me. It’s like, there are so many other times when I’m available. Can you not do it when it’s going to make something I don’t particularly enjoy doing take so much longer?!
