Ah ok. In your first post you said “it has to be AI”, which made me think you were saying the video was fake.
Are you certain that there is a claim that the company responsible for the tripping robot put this out as a piece of publicity?
Because if not, if it was a leak, or taken by someone not affiliated, then it would make sense it’s on the internet.
Or, are you arguing that because there exists a robot which can run reliably at 10 m s-1, that this one shouldn’t exist?
Because my car goes 0-60 slower than a McMurtry Speirling, and yet it exists.
MP = Member of Parliament = a representative of about 73000 people, one for each area of the country, voted in at general- or by-election.
Minister = Member of Parliament for the ruling party who is appointed to be head of a government department. Prime Minister leads government, minister for education, transport minister etc. A secretary of state.

Edit: it looks like Channel 4 news has this scoop, they’ve seen emails from someone in the FBI who claimed there were 14.6 TB of data.
