While it does have a decent amount of mainstream films, it does seem to lean toward indie and art house content, yes.


How are registered child sex offenders not legally barred from working with or around children in every US state? How is this not a law that already exists?!?!?

I’m going to assume that you don’t have kids. Parents will understand where I’m coming from, I think.
A library card costs…what? Five bucks? Ten? Maybe? And in return you can get your hands on just about any book you can think of. Not to mention music, e-books and movies. FREE. Hell, with sites like Kanopy, you don’t even need to pay for Netflix anymore. Libraries offer all sorts of classes and programs, too.
Libraries are the shit, and you should be supporting yours more.
