How so? Most things should be detected automatically. Dashboards can also be populated automatically, same as with google home. If you want better dashboards, it will take more work.

Which points give you pain?

Same with new tech. Why do people buy new stuff every one or two years? Because fomo. You can not tell anyone that device that was good enough for you last year is now not fulfilling your needs anymore.

Very minor bug:

I have an „old“ iPad Pro 11“ (first generation without home button. It is plugged in almost 24/7 and lives on the kitchen counter. Sometimes in the mornings, the screen will be powered on very dimly, black background, nothing on it but the home bar and the battery indicator at the top:

After touching it, or pressing the power button, it will return to normal.

Regarding the second point… the offer from Microsoft is good for 12 months. The Apple software does not expire. Sure, the support will end in about 7 years, but that’s a completely different story

I thought the point of an e Ink reader was to be pleasant to read on? Why the small screen, why the cramped text, why the hard to read font?

DRM audio files? Where? All songs that I have purchased in the past from iTunes didn’t have any drm. They where simple m4a (mp4 audio) files…

The previous release contained an issue where Two Factor Remember Tokens and Recovery Tokens were not accepted at all.
This has been fixed now in this release.
