    He would get replaced by a young and corrupt heritage foundation stooge. Gotta save it for the next time we have a non-idiot for president.

      Yeah, but could also consider impeaching and removing him and then blocking any republican nomination… like they always seem to do.

      Would leave them down one corrupt supreme court justice.

        You need 2/3rd of the senate to remove anyone through impeachment. There is a 0% that any republican would vote to remove anyone that is conservative for any reason.

            The best option is for a new president, senate and house to make new SCOTUS rules which add more justices and gives them term limits.

            I think one new justice per year while the longest serving one drops out would be a good start.

            Also, force the senate to have a committee within 3 weeks and a vote within 2 months. The senate should not be allowed to stall.

                The other problem we have is centrist democrats. They spend most of their time and effort attacking progressives. The rest of the time they appease wealthy people and fold to any Republican pressure.
