It’s insane to me how many people think they can cozy up to the Golgothan and think they’ll be the one to not get shit on.
Money and power gives the confidence to make bad decisions because they have been largely unaware of the risks. All they know is “my personal numbers go up so I make the best decisions” and then proceed to ignore all the warning signs of informed people.
