There is also no shortage of people calling it woke DEI garbage, it’s just a normal ass video game and thus everyone is projecting whatever they want it to be onto it. Video game discourse is made up almost entirely of retards and bad actors trying to convince normies of whatever ideal they are pushing.

Video games being some sort of political discourse in America really boils down how ineffectual and effete politics has become in America. The elites are literally plundering America dry and people think playing a video game is praxis. American collapse is right around the corner

    Right wingers routinely use video games to push wedge issues and steer young men to the right.

    Gamergate was an extremely successful recruitment tool for the alt right at the time and is directly responsible for the manosphere bullshit.

    I’ve played maybe 8 hour of this game and it’s fucking good. The main characters are beacons of positivity and it’s a breath of fresh air.

    Also, anyone using the phrase “activating ovaries” unironically needs to have their ass kicked.

    Oh! I love analyzing this. So chuds are obsessed with cultural imperatives to marry straight and have kids. And there’s this niche of video games that started being made around mid 2010’s where you play as a strong dad-bloke and you protect a smol child.

    Since so many alienated men feel like they’re denied their God-given right to knock a girl up, Dad-games are appealing to them. It’s the immortality project of parenthood but with none of the actual work, you just gotta shoot some guys in a video game. Basically mental junk food for incels.

    Yeah, that checks enough boxes for most of the gaming chud population. If at any time the underage girlbot refers to the player as Daddy, they’ll riot if it isnt GotY.

    Gameplay and story aside, both altogether irrelevant in this assessment.
