I’m not arguing with that statement I was arguing that being undocumented is in fact illegal. As in its against the law. Regardless of how you feel about it.
The word illegal does not imply civil versus criminal you dumb fuck. Also, something being illegal does not even imply that its immoral. But hey what does anyone care about facts nowadays.
You can’t yell on the internet you little bitch. And if you start insulting people don’t be surprised if they insult you back. You little bitch. Give your balls a tug.
sigh, are you sure you need to be this angry? feel free to hurt yourself with that high blood pressure. seriously chill, you’re the one who began insulting.
No one is illegal. period… you can do illegal stuff, but illegal is not something you are. Not only because of civil violations/misdemeanor… but because “illegal” isn’t a personal trait.
If “being” for some people is an illegal act, that is an apartheid dystopian nightmare.
and yes, I’ll say the United States has immigration apartheid. immigrants have a different set of laws, courts, and punishments for crimes. that’s a form of apartheid.
If an undocumented is caught speeding, they can get deported, while a citizen just gets a fine.
other counties are even granting immigrants voting rights, while here they are practically treated as subhuman cheap labor.
We could always simply change the rules and boom now it is illegal. What’s the argument then lol. Rules are made up so claiming “well it’s not against the rules” is a retarded argument cuz we can simply change the rules. It’s not good to have undocumented people in the country which is why civilized countries don’t allow this
can we step asside, are you going about this from an anarchist side, like rules are arbitrary and the state can declare anyone illegal, and that is BAD.
Or as a conservative, that thinks immigrants are bad criminals?
Neither? I was making an argument against the logic not really a political position as I am neither an anarchist nor a conservative. China is a Marxist state and they don’t allow unregulated immigration as it dilutes any sense of nationalism and shared cultural identity and the result of this is a very unified country given their population.
If it’s not “a crime” to be undocumented then we could simply make this a crime and problem solved. The people who are upset about enforcement of civil crimes as if they are illegal have no more ground to stand on and America can still have rules that help maintain a national identity. Appeal to the rules is a bad logical argument as it presupposes that rules are eternal and made by God and I’m more of a materialist myself
Yes it is. Holy fuck.
It’s like a parking ticket. Is everyone who had a traffic violation now an illegal person?
Oh a parking ticket, like you get when you’re parking illegally? https://portal.311.nyc.gov/article/?kanumber=KA-01986
Yes, exactly like that. The act is illegal. Not the person. It’s not even a felony for heavens sake.
Right so you would agree that being undocumented is in fact illegal?
Yes, breaking the law is illegal. Do you understand that doesn’t make the person illegal or even a felon?
I didn’t say anything about a person being illegal or a felon. I said that being undocumented is illegal. Because it is.
Yes and further up the person was talking about how no person is illegal. So why are you even arguing?
I’m not arguing with that statement I was arguing that being undocumented is in fact illegal. As in its against the law. Regardless of how you feel about it.
nope, it’s a civil violation, not a crime.
but what do Americans care about facts.

Dude, please, seriously, chill.
I do not wish to go down to your level and start yelling like a toddler who shat my pants.

because so far I interpreted the later.
