I’ve browsed there a couple times and there’s really only a few people who have posted pictures after healing, at least for trans femmes. It would be nice to see some different aesthetic options. For some reason none of them seem to have attempted a proper set of labia, at least from what I’ve seen.

i think ppv is the ideal bottom surgery for me but like…the results images ive seen dont look like vaginas. maybe i just have unrealistic expectations but agreeing that a proper set of labia would be neat. something more cosmetically appealing than another hole.
