Debt slavery? Debt cancelation? Creditors? But whatabout your identity and privilege!?
Several thoughts: 1. They put leftoids to shame openly discussing of class warfare while the former just obsess about silly stuff and are no longer even opposed to establishment politics (professional careerists, climbers), which is how right wingers win over working people; 2. wonder if going off the script a little bit like this here (and on some other geopolitical topics) kinda sorta had something to do with… 3. Even leftists in the time of Occupy and people like Graeber and Hudson talked about the banking system and finance and the FIRE sector… what about now? What happened? It’s just left to right wingers I guess?
Right wingers sounding like old leftists
That’s because the political spectrum is not a line, it’s a circle, and the crazy extremes - left and right - meet to close the circle.
That’s why you often find extreme right folks suddenly flipping extreme left and vice-versa, but more rarely - or more slowly - centrists going extreme-something. That’s also why all extreme regimes in the world, left and right alike, without any exception, have killed their opponents, built secret police forces and deported people. And they all call themselves something-something-of-the-people. Because they’re the same thing.
