Do you know what Thunder is doing to bypass the crosspost limitation? They must be setting post url to something. Maybe the thumbnail image url?
If you know any cross posts that were created via this Thunder workaround, could you possibly link one? I would love to take a peek at the API response to see what’s going on.

I meant, if you create a text post that you want to crosspost, remember piefed only activate crosspost when you share a link, the trick is finding a picture that illustrate using a link (not picture) for your text.
The second trick is using mobile app that don’t have piefed crosspost restriction.
You can only crosspost posts with a link. That the “cycle” button at the bottom of your post :)
It was intended that way, so posts with the same link posted in community A and B merge comments from community A and B.
That may change later.
