threatening to harm a child is child abuse. Hell unlike America (and a few asian countries)… most countries have very very strict rules about what is considered child abuse. making threats about striking a child (regardless of if they are yours or someone else’s) is considered: assault, battery, and child abuse.

okay he is making gross jokes and statements but that’s not the same
