It’s already way too long, what with me trying to exclude every loophole and account for every edge case, so I’m trying to keep it more general and let the Senate pass their own laws when it comes to very specific things that aren’t absolutely essential for human rights and/or the running of a fair and equitable government.

I mean, there’s ways to introduce the proper amount of crazy in fewer words. For example, such as a constitutional ban on the color yellow.
