For him and the people in that room, he’s correct

For him and the people in that room, he’s correct

Might be a hot take, but I think regardless of her or the DNCs position on Palestine she had already lost.
It’s very stupid to not have analyzed it in a report like this, but also literally like, what difference did it make

We’re sorry we got caught. It’s the only thing these ghouls ever apologize for

Cryptographic IDs? Doesn’t work for everyone in the voting process but it could be a useful way to make sure mod x is whintheybsay they are

What’s the point of this argument even, like they wouldn’t have to abide by the licence of the software they’re using?

Wow you found one instance to back your claim, impressive.
I’m not trying to prove anything. There is nothing to prove. But the point of organized labour making very reasonable demands like this and being denied is that the state must make a choice to accept reasonable demands or massively escalate their response against workers.
Either of those outcomes is acceptable, obviously the first is preferable.
Who do you think you are lol “boy”, I’ve literally worked in France with the unions.

It’s basically, if there is a profit motive for something, it WILL happen. It’s a matter of when not if once these things are out there in the wild

Hilariously authoritarian overreactions to organized labour tend to backfire. Anyway I really don’t care what you think, please go away now

No, and I wasn’t trying to be profound. I meant quite literally that enforcement would be either impossible or hilariously authoritarian

Everyone knows technology was invented 15 years ago

I’m pretty sure that legal wide scale prediction markets have been around for like 2 years so maybe give it time

You really think you’ve said something meaningful don’t you?

Hey, I bet you a million dollars a guy I don’t like will still be alive tomorrow.
If you take that bet. You have a significant financial interest in ensuring that guy I don’t like isn’t still alive tomorrow

This is what I think somehow a huge amount of the “good ones” still don’t get about the state of America.
It’s not going back to normal after this, just because you clearly trump out and put some well polished suit in the office who talks nice.
Until this situation can’t simply happen again whenever a sufficient cult of personality comes along, nobody is going to trust the united states as a government, or trust it’s institutions again.
Whatever happens domestically within the US is pretty immaterial tonus all out here, you can all try to go back to normal, but the world out here is already leaving you behind
Good luck

Just FYI, sufficiently liquid prediction markets are also assassin markets by their nature.
It’s a really easy way to facilitate payments for killings by “predicting” that someone will be dead by a certain date, and making a big bet against it

Yes, and then the state can be reminded why there is a legal structure to striking at all.
Not because workers wanted it.

You think collective punishment of the working class for “accidents”(sabotage) by a few is going to go well for the owning class?
Ok
Insanely high number. Unfathomable
